We are a UK based company shipping directly from our own UK based warehouse.

How long will it take to deliver my item?

All orders under 2kg (which includes most chainsasw chains and guide bars) will be dispatched using Royal Mails 1st class service. These are normally delivered within 24 hours of shipping.

All orders over 2kg will be delivered on a 48 hour courier service.

Orders placed up to 2pm Monday to Friday will be shipped that day. Orders after the cut off or at weekends will be shipped the next available day.

In certain circumstances outside our control delivery may take longer than anticipated. If anything occurs to delay your delivery we will do our best to keep you informed.

How much will delivery cost?

Orders within the UK and Ireland have free shipping on all items.

All carriage for Europe or America is automatically calculated and charged at a rate depending on where you are located and you see all totals before committing to buy.

Is my item in stock?

Our website has live stock information so if it is available to buy then it should be in stock. In the rare event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this by email and give you an estimated delivery time for the item. If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.
