Safety glasses are one of those things we don't tend to think much about. A few years ago these were big, awkward, ugly and uncomfortable. This has all changed in recent years with more emphasis being place on style and comfort while still giving great protection. I started wondering if these could have other uses aswell as safety specs so I ditched my mountain bike goggles which keep steaming up and tried out a pair of clear glasses.

I must say that I was very impressed with them. They offered as much protection as the goggles because of the wrap around sides but because of the air movement there was no steaming up meaning a clear view at all times.

For mountain biking I would recommend the clear ones as when you get into the forest trails it can be dark enough already. Road bikers might want to consider a tinted pair.
