Premium sawchain have started a series of adverts in The Forestry Journal magazine. For this, a photo shoot was required. So we recruited a not so willing climber (me) and set off up a tree.
The morning arrived and thankfully we got a rare glimpse of some sunshine.

We gathered our equipment and assembled at a suitable tree in a nearby field. Here we had the job of getting photographer Sai Kelly up a tree with all his photography gear which he managed remarkably well.

Once he was in place it was my turn to get harnessed in and up the rope into position. Thankfully the rope held and I didn't fall out.

We took a good number of shots trying to get that one that we needed. This involved hanging around in our harnesses for a good while.

Once we were happy that we had what we were looking for we then had to get Sai's equipment back down again in one piece.

This is the final result and anyone who gets The Forestry Journal should have already seen it. If you don't get it you should :)

Thanks must also go to Mike Lockhart for taking all of the on the ground shots.
